Leadership Incorporated was founded by Sharon Rich to support people at all levels in becoming leaders in their own careers. We help people to transition smoothly into positions of increasing authority and responsibility and to figure out what it means to lead effectively in the presence of today’s economic challenges. We support organizations and their exiting employees by facilitating smooth and powerful transitions. We also support the survivors after a layoff, as well as organizations and employees struggling with current conditions to assess what they need to be productive, effective and succesful in managing time and stress, taking on tasks with which they may be unfamiliar, managing direct reports, peers and supervisors, and otherwise responding to new challenges. Finally, through a strategic partnership, we have an extremely low-cost tool for incentivizing a disincentivized workforce…that can also save employers thousands on benefits.
